旋转滚压式面皮机制造技术

一种旋转滚压式面皮机。特别实用于饺皮的成型。它是由微型电机驱动，并经过一定速比的减速，在齿轮齿条的作用下，使花键轴（主轴）带着滚子支架按一定转速作旋转运动和上下直线运动，在多个滚子的快速辗压下，从而实现饺皮、面皮的快速成型。并且成型的饺皮质量优于传统手工擀制饺皮质量。（*该技术在1996年保护过期，可自由使用*）
