多爪式双层收口机构制造技术

多爪式双层收口机构是一种具有上下二层，采用多个收爪向中心收笼的自动收口机构。本机构包括收口、面料切断和托板部件。本机构综合了平移运动和垂直运动等多种运动，不仅适用于用弹性较大的面料做包子的收口并有收口花纹而且也适用于弹性较小或无弹性的面料。收爪也不会引起对面料的粘结，解决了包子机中的关键问题。同时也适用于其他糕饼机械。（*该技术在1995年保护过期，可自由使用*）

一种饮食机械的收口结构，其特征在于有一个上传动齿轮（１１）带动的上收口齿轮（１２），上收口齿轮（１２）为一个环形齿轮，其内圈制作成内凸轮，在凸轮内侧，固定于底座的槽内安装有上收爪轴（１３），上收爪（１３）的外侧端由于定位弹簧的作用，紧贴内凸轮面上，内侧固定有上收爪（１５），当收口电磁离合器电源接通时，上传动齿轮（１１）转动，并带动收口齿轮（１２）；上收口齿轮的内凸轮面压上收爪轴（１３），使上收爪（１５）向中心收笼，可使制作的食品收口，下面有一个切断部件，可切断收口后形成的细颈使面料分离，成为单个食品生坯。
