The invention relates to an air conditioning refrigeration liquid condenser (or radiator), in particular to an air conditioning fan using air conditioning condensed water evaporation cooling air cooling condenser compound leaf splash. When the fan rotates, the condensed water which is dripped from the dropping pipe at the top of the condensing chamber and the condensed water accumulated in the water storage chamber is splashed and thrown to the refrigeration liquid condensing tube group to absorb evaporation heat absorption. Using the latent heat of condensation water, the temperature of refrigerant liquid is reduced effectively, and the energy efficiency ratio of air conditioning is improved.
