本实用新型专利技术涉及一种矿井真空制冰冷降温系统。冷却塔、冷水机组、水泵和冷却水供、回水管形成冷却水排热循环系统。冷水机组、真空制冰机、水泵和冷冻水供、回水管形成冷水循环系统。真空制冰机、输冰装置、井筒输冰管道接井下融冰池,冷水泵、冷水供水管、工作面空冷器、冷水回水管形成井下融冰制冷降温循环系统。工作时,冷水机组制取5℃冷水,送到真空制冰机,小部分制成颗粒冰,大部为10℃的水返回冷水机组继续制5℃冷水。颗粒冰通过输冰装置送到井下融冰池融化成3℃的冷水,送到工作面空冷器,制取12~18℃冷风送至工作地点,达到降温目的。吸收了热量的水回到井下融冰池融化颗粒冰。本实用新型专利技术结构简单、成本低、性能稳定、降温效果好。(*该技术在2021年保护过期,可自由使用*)
