1.一种连续逆流超声提取结合膜技术提取三七总皂苷的方法,其特征在于按下述顺序的步骤进行:(1)取三七粉碎成三七粗粉,加入三七粗粉重量6~15倍的以质量分数计为40~90%乙醇在20~50℃的温度下进行连续逆流超声提取20~120min,超声频率为20~80KHz;(2)乙醇超声提取液过滤,滤液用截留相对分子量为1000~2500的超滤膜在20~50℃,操作压力0.4~4.1 MPa下进行膜浓缩,或用截留相对分子量为100-800的纳滤膜在20~50℃,操作压力0.4~4.1MPa下进行膜浓缩;(3)膜浓缩液减压浓缩至无醇味后加水稀释至三七粗粉投料重量的4~8倍或直接加水稀释至以质量分数计含乙醇量达10~20%,过滤,上于聚苯乙烯型大孔吸附树脂吸附,用水洗脱,水洗液弃去,再用以质量分数计为50~90%乙醇洗脱;(4)乙醇洗脱液过碱性阴离子树脂;(5)阴离子树脂透过液用截留相对分子量为100-800的纳滤膜,操作压力0.4~4.1 MPa下进行膜浓缩;(6)膜浓缩液加入为膜浓缩液重量的1~5%的活性炭搅拌脱色;(7)活性炭脱色液过滤后减压浓缩至无醇味后喷雾干燥。
