模拟/模拟电压转换模块制造技术

一种模拟／模拟电压转换模块。包括三个光耦、数字电位器和运算放大器。三光耦的发光端正极并联后与２４Ｖ电源连接、负极分别是接地端、ＩＮＣ端和Ｕ／Ｄ端；受光端的集电极分别与数字电位器的６、０、１脚连接且经电阻并联后再与５Ｖ电源连接，发射极并联后再与数字电位器和运算放大器的３脚连接。数字电位器的４脚和运算放大器的２脚ＩＮ＋连接，２脚ＶＨ是模拟电压输入端。运算放大器的５脚ＯＵ１是模拟电压输出端。它以数字电位器为转换器件，控制信号由光耦合器隔离，输出由模拟放大电路组成。电路简单，可靠性高，抗干扰性能好，生产成本低。它可广泛应用于全自动枕式包装机、横送机、枕式双变频包装机以及其它设备、装置中。（*该技术在2016年保护过期，可自由使用*）
