二氧化碳气体减压器是一种通过对高压瓶装二氧化碳气体进行减压和流量控制的调节装置,用于碳酸水类饮料的二氧化碳充装。现有的二氧化碳气体减压器主要为单级式减压结构,如图1至图3所示,进气管1、出口节流阀7、安全阀12、高压表13以及低压表14与减压器母体8之间通过NPT螺纹连接固定;喷嘴9固定于阀座10上,并与减压器母体8通过直螺纹连接,上盖3与减压器母体8也通过直螺纹连接,并压紧膜片组件5。当气体由进气口1a进入时,气体流经减压腔6被减压,其出口压力的大小通过调压螺丝2压缩调压弹簧4来调节,其出口流量通过出口节流阀7来调节。此类单级式减压器仅适用于气瓶安装,其单一的出口,无法同时满足不同的压力和流量控制的需要。当需要不同的压力和流量时,只能依靠人工调节调压螺丝2和出口节流阀7来实现,严重影响工作效率,甚至会因为人工误操作而造成充装容器爆瓶而酿成生产安全事故。(3)
