现有技术中,私家车已走进千家万户,为人们的出行带来了便利。车辆的清洗都是在专业的洗车店进行,有的采用机械全自动化洗车,人工劳动强度低但是成本高;有的采用人工洗车,劳动强度大但是成本低。目前,洗车的流程为先用水淋湿车身,用泡沫机将车身上喷洒洗车泡沫液,然后再用水清洗干净即可,泡沫机的使用大大降低了劳动强度,无需采用传统的由人工拿拖把或抹布逐步擦拭车身的操作方式,效率也得到了提高。但是,现有的泡沫机工作原理是借用气泵的气压将洗车泡沫液喷出,整体结构过于复杂,特别是气泵的采购成本高,普遍都在千元以上,且气泵作业时噪音大。其次,用来存放泡沫液的罐体必须为钢罐,目的是满足气压产生的压力,保证钢罐的安全性,防止气泵打压时罐体爆炸,仅钢罐的采购成本就在600元左右,因此泡沫机的整体成本在2000左右,使用成本高昂。第三,目前的泡沫机在使用前,需要先将浓缩洗车液一次性倒入罐内,再向罐内注入清水,然后密闭罐体打入气压即可开始作业。这个步骤看似平常,但是对浓缩洗车液与水的均匀混合程度有着重要影响。因为浓缩洗车液一次性注入后会沉入罐体的最底部,而清水注入的前期能够对浓缩洗车液进行搅拌导流,但是随着液面的逐渐升高,底部的浓缩洗车液就难以搅拌均匀。洗车的前期洗车液浓度高洗车效果好,但是逐步使用后浓度逐渐稀释,中后期之后泡沫量就明显下降,洗车效果差,这也是有些洗车店在喷洒泡沫后还需要由人工拿拖把或抹布继续擦拭车身的原因!故传统的泡沫机在混合均匀度上有着明显的缺陷。另外,钢罐 ...
