一种新型螺纹及装置,在螺纹的侧面有台阶螺纹,可以防止紧固件发生松动,以及设有该新型螺纹的螺栓螺钉等,同时提供了加工方法,其台阶在螺纹紧固的受力面,其台阶由螺纹根部(2)向螺纹顶部(1)展开,台阶呈倒齿状,其台阶在螺纹根部(2)和螺纹顶部(1)之间全部或部分,相互配对使用的螺纹都设防松螺纹,使用伞齿滚刀(5)可以方便在螺纹侧面加工台阶。
