The invention provides a bispecific antibody comprising an antibody fragment against MUC1 VHH and an antibody fragment against CD16 VHH. The antibody fragment used in the invention is a variable region sequence from camel heavy chain antibody, and has high binding affinity with antigen. The method constructs the antibody fragment identifying MUC1 and CD16 in the same antibody molecule, which can specifically bind MUC1 and CD16 molecule, promote the killing effect of NK cells on MUC1 positive expression cells, and inhibit the growth of MUC1 positive tumors. The invention also provides the conjugates of the bispecific antibodies, the related pharmaceutical compositions and applications.
