本申请实施例公开了一种检测生理状态的方法和装置。其中，该方法包括：采集用户在第一预设时间内的脉搏波，其中，脉搏波随着用户执行预设事件所导致的情感变化而变化；在多个特征时刻测量用户的血压得到多个血压值，其中，特征时刻为第一预设时间内用于表示情感强度的时刻；根据多个血压值获取用户在第一预设时间内的血压值曲线；按照时间轴将血压值曲线与用户的脉搏波进行关联。本申请实施例解决了现有技术中建立由脉搏波形特征计算血压的模型需要的采样血压值数据量大的技术问题。

A preset time blood pressure curve; the blood pressure curve is correlated with the user's pulse wave according to the time axis. The embodiment of the application solves the technical problem of large amount of sampling blood pressure data needed to establish a model for calculating blood pressure from pulse waveform characteristics in the prior art.
