The invention discloses an extruder wear-resistant bushing, aiming at providing a bushing which can reduce wear and durable. The main points of the technical scheme are as follows: the bushing is composed of inner and outer layers plus two end caps and rotatable multiple rollers, in which the rollers are composed of a bearing with two ends of the central rotating shaft and a steel tube sleeved on the outer part of the bearing, and several of them are combined. Rollers are arranged at equal distance around the edge, more than one-half of the length is between the inner and outer layers, less than one-half is exposed outside the inner layers. Its working principle is that the screw pipe and the screw blade push the raw materials to the orifice direction in slow operation, because the raw materials are slightly spiral in the forward movement process, thus driving the roll to rotate, when the screw blade is running. When the rollers are attached to each other, the hard friction is eliminated by driving the rollers to run synchronously, which is equal to the rolling displacement of the wheels on the highway, while the invention of the prototype is equal to the non-rolling displacement of the ground and the wheels to move forward in the hard friction.

现有技术即传统做法其挤出机与衬套的结构与做功原理如图1至图4所示:挤出机主轴3伸入圆筒形缸套8中,主轴3外围套装有螺旋管1,螺旋管1的长度上安装有螺旋叶片2,为保护缸套8其内壁不受磨损而在其内边加装一个由凸条13和凹沟14和管套15组成的圆形衬套6。其做功过程和做功原理为:由动力(未示出)带动的传动轮23借助减速机4减速后驱动主轴3和套装在主轴3前段外围的螺旋管1和螺旋叶片2做同步运转,在运转中将顺箭头进入缸套8内的原料(未示出)往前推送,超越其断面远小于后边缸套8断面的机头5和机口7,从而促使原本松散并带有水份的原料变为结构紧密并具有一定形状的坯条(图中未示出)。安装在缸套8内的衬套6其作用是减少原料在前移中顺螺旋叶片转动以提高挤出效率和防止缸套内壁磨损,其不足之处是凸条因常与摆动的螺旋叶片相贴而发生相互磨擦,既增加了阻力、又磨损太快,磨损到一定程度必须去旧換新,在換新之前因磨损而间隙过宽其挤出效率随宽度的增加而相应降低,即做了不少无用的功。
