The invention relates to a nut which can be self locked in high-frequency vibration. This includes the main nut which needs to be locked with the bolt, and the second is the auxiliary nut of the main nut. When the auxiliary nut is connected with the main nut, the inner conical inclined plane of the auxiliary nut and the outer conical inclined plane of the main nut are joined together, which makes the main nut change axially to the slotted part. It makes the internal thread of the main nut produce more friction with the external thread of the bolt, so that the nut is not suitable for sliding in high-frequency vibration. At the same time, considering the looseness of the auxiliary nut, the secondary loosening design is carried out, and the flange is designed on the auxiliary nut and the flange is designed on the auxiliary nut by pitting on the main nut and on the auxiliary nut respectively. While the nut is locked, the flange of the auxiliary nut enters the concave part of the main nut, and the flange cooperates with the concave part to relax the auxiliary nut. 一种可以自身起到紧固从而带动主体螺母产生紧固作用的组合式螺母,从而可以防止螺母在震动的环境中发生松动现象。其中图1为主副螺母组合后的效果图图2为主螺母图3为副螺母其中图2所示:①开口槽②内螺纹③锥体斜面④外螺纹⑤防滑凹(凸)处⑥主体外六角其中图3所示:⑦防滑凸(凹)处⑧内螺纹⑨锥体鞋面⑩副螺母主体外六角将主螺母与需要紧固的工件上的螺栓进行连接,其中②与螺栓外螺纹作用,起到连接锁紧作用。将副螺母与主螺母相连接,④与⑧相互作用配合起到连接锁紧作用,在锁紧时③与⑨相互作用由于⑨比③的斜度要小,所以在④与⑧相互作用锁紧时⑨挤压③使③发生向轴心的分力由于①的存在使得③和④部分可以向轴心方向发生变形,由于有螺栓的存在使得②发生挤压螺栓从而增加了②与螺栓之间的摩擦力,因而减少了螺母在长时间的震动中发生松动的现象。其中⑥与⑩作为扳手作用处,用于紧固螺母用。考虑到主螺母由副螺母提供锁紧摩擦力,所以为了防止副螺母在长时间的震动中发生松动失效从而减少了对主螺母所提供锁紧摩擦力的减少,因而使得主螺母发生振动失效的发生,特设计了⑤与⑦进行相互锁紧配合,在⑤与⑦相互配合中防止了因震动而使副螺母发生松动现象,从而使得主螺母可以长期高效的起到锁紧工件的作用,从而减少了因松动而造成的工件损坏或事故的发生。
