现有风力发电机组及叶片存在很大技术缺陷,结构极不合理,主要表现在:1、现有风力发电机叶片受力面积极小,效力低下。2、叶片与立柱(风桶)轮毂、轴结构不合理。主要表现是,三片叶片偏向一边,重心不稳,对风不灵活。3、叶片形状结构极不合理,叶片变桨与受风推力混为一体,导致叶片容易产生机械疲劳及机械损伤,极大地限制了叶片的长度和宽度,使叶片做得很小,极大地限制了风力发电机的单机功率。这些状况导致了风力发电机组的成本居高不下,使得绝大多数业主望而却步。
技术实现思路
