The sensing component 1 is installed at the lower end of the base 7, and the end of the 6 measuring gap of the pendulum rod extends the bottom of the base 7, and contacts the upper part of the rotor. The stroke switch 2 is installed in the upper part of the base 7 and in the upper part. The upper middle plane of the swing rod 6 is in contact with the roller 9 of the stroke switch 2. The often open contact 13 of the stroke switch 2 leads to two wires, one in series with the middle line of the 220V power supply, and the other in series with the signal lamp of the light display box 3. When the air preheater operates, the rotor is heated and deformed, and when the air leakage clearance reaches zero, the roller 9 diameter push rod 11 pushes the button 8, so that the normally open contact of the stroke switch 2 is closed, and the signal lights connected to the display box 3 illuminate, indicating that the leakage gap of the measuring point has reached the extreme value. 火电厂的空气预热器,业内简称“空预器”,是一种利用燃烧排除的高温烟气,预热参与燃烧的空气,以此提高锅炉的热效率。把烟气侧与空气侧隔开的密封件副是动件转子与静件扇形板,属于动静配合面间的运动密封。动静机件的漏风间隙决定了密封效果。空预器热态运行时,转子受热膨胀呈蘑菇状,与扇形板间的漏风间隙变化,大部分都会变小。漏风间隙过大,漏风率增加,锅炉热效率下降;漏风间隙过小,可能导致空预器卡死。实际就有空预器卡死,电机燃毁,停机维修事故。因此,及时准确检测空预器的热态漏风间隙,对于火电厂的节能减排,安全运行有着现实的技术经济意义。
技术实现思路
空预器热态漏风间隙查定仪要解决的技术问题是:在空预器运行过程中查定扇形板和转子热端径向密封片之间的漏风间隙,并实时显示。采用的技术方案是:沿空预器扇形板底侧安装一组漏风间隙查定仪,实时查知扇形板与转子热端径向密封片之间一组均布测点的间隙。空预器热态漏风间隙查定仪(图1)由外壳罩着传感组件1和行程开关2、单另的光感箱3、以及往扇形板上安装的连接板组成。可单个使用或成组使用。传感组件1安装在底座7的下端。行程开关2安装在底座7的中、上部。外壳用螺钉固定在底座7四周。传感组件1的摆杆6测隙端伸出底座7的底面,与转子上平面接触;摆杆6中部上平面与行程开关2的滚轮9接触。行程开关2的常开触点13引出两条导线,一条与220V电源中线串联;另条与光显箱3的一只信号灯串连。使用前,调整除隙螺钉10,消除除隙螺钉10与按钮8之间的间隙。空预器运行后,转子受热变形,漏风间隙减小时,摆杆6推起滚轮9;漏风 ...
