光纤适配器制造技术

一种光纤适配器，包括适配器座（1）和可与适配器座（1）互相插合固定的适配器插头（2,2’）。适配器插头（2,2’）在其边缘（21,22）设有弹性部件（3），该弹性部件（3）具有钩状部（34）。适配器座（1）对应钩状部（34）设有卡槽（111b，121b）。弹性部件（3）与适配器插头（2,2’）枢转连接，且弹性部件（3）受压相对所述适配器插头（2,2’）转动后能自动回位并使钩状部（34）伸入卡槽（111b，121b）内，将适配器座（1）和适配器插头（2,2’）固定。该光纤适配器实现了定位和一次装配到位的功能，且零件加工要求低，便于量产，轻微磨损不会影响其使用效果。

The adapter seat (1) is provided with a clamping groove (111b, 121b) corresponding to the hook shaped part (34). The elastic member (3) and adapter plugs (2,2 ') pivotally connected, and the elastic member (3) pressure relative to the adapter plug (2,2) can automatically return and make the hook rotation (34) into the card slot (111b, 121b), the seat (1) and adapter adapter plug (2,2) fixed. The optical fiber adapter realizes the functions of positioning and assembly in place, and the processing requirements of parts are low, which is convenient for mass production, and slight wear and tear does not influence the use effect of the parts.
