淬火是将钢加热到临界温度Ac3(亚共析钢)或Ac1(过共析钢)以上温度,保温一段时间,使之全部或部分奥氏体化,然后以大于临界冷却速度的冷速快冷到Ms以下(或Ms附近等温)进行马氏体(或贝氏体)转变的热处理工艺。淬火油是实现热处理淬火工艺的重要冷却介质之一,对热处理产品进行淬火冷却的过程中,一般通过移动网带将预淬火产品送入淬火槽,保温一段时间,然后输出到淬火油槽中冷却。然而,目前淬火时,从淬火槽出来的产品温度较高,瞬间接触到温度较低的淬火油时,油的温度会瞬时升高,产生浓烟及飞溅等情况,甚至如果油的闪点和燃点较低,可能发生着火现象,存在生产隐患及污染生产环境。再者,现有淬火工艺中,缺少对淬火油及时冷却,这样就使淬火油越用温度越高,淬火效果越来越差,影响生产质量。
