The invention discloses a new method for measuring the RLC parameters. In the modern measurement and control system, the RLC parameters are often measured in real time, and the accuracy of the [1] system has a decisive influence on the function of the system. The performance and index of components will be changed under different frequency, especially in high frequency [2]. The traditional measurement methods are analog, such as volt ampere method, bridge method, resonance method and so on. The accuracy of this method is low and the measurement frequency is low. With the improvement of the test frequency, the half bridge balance method based on the volt ampere method has become the mainstream method, which improves the accuracy of the measurement. But in the processing of phase relation, all the documents can be calculated directly, and the process is complicated. In this paper, an algorithm is proposed to avoid the direct computation of phase. The invention provides a separating vector voltage resistance reactance component based on the RLC parameter measurement method of phase difference is the cosine to get value for RLC, compared with the currently used methods, high accuracy, strong practicability.
