生活污水净化设备,由厌氧池、好氧池、沉淀池和消毒池组合而成。厌氧池中装有软性填料,减少了堵塞;好氧池中用微型风机通过曝气头充氧,加强了曝气强度;沉淀池采用斜管,提高了沉降效率。污水经由本设备处理后,生化需氧量(BOD)去除率可达70%,排出污水能达到三级水体的国家排放标准。同时本设备还设有付产甲烷气回收装置,开拓了能源的利用。(*该技术在1997年保护过期,可自由使用*)

Domestic sewage purification equipment

The sewage purification equipment is composed of an anaerobic tank, an aerobic tank, a sedimentation tank and a sterilizing tank. The anaerobic tank is equipped with soft packing to reduce the clogging. In the aerobic pond, the aeration intensity is strengthened by micro fan charging by aeration head; the settling tank adopts inclined pipe, and the settlement efficiency is improved. After the sewage is treated by this equipment, the biochemical oxygen demand (BOD) removal rate can reach 70%, and the waste water discharged can reach the national discharge standard of grade three water body. At the same time, the equipment is also equipped with methane gas recovery device, which has opened up the use of energy.
