多层热压机是多层复合重竹地板加工的一种重要设备,其主要作用是把涂胶贴面后的多层复合重竹地板进行热压合。现有的多层热压机每层的热压板本体表面是安装钢垫板,主要是考虑到钢垫板耐压、耐磨而且导热快。但由于涂胶贴面后的多层复合重竹地板在转运或输送的过程中,常常会混入一些异物,这些异物附着在面板上,采用带有钢垫板热压机进行热压时,异物容易将地板的面板压出凹坑,从而影响到地板的产品质量。另外,现有的热压板本体通常包括热压板壳体1和设置在热压板壳体1内的两路热油流道2,如图1所示,主进油管9直接进入到热压板壳体1后再分成两路,倘若其中有某一路发生了堵塞,那么热油必然会从另一路流通,但这样就会导致热压时,热压板的温度左右不均衡,从而影响到热压的质量。而且一旦某一路发生了堵塞,则无法对另一路进行暂时的关闭,从而采用高压油将堵塞的这一路冲散至通路。需要先将热压板壳体拆卸,再对管路截断后再进行维修,维修起来极为不方便,而且维修成本高。
